Product Description

The main function of the steel bar straightening machine is to adjust bent or deformed steel bars to the desired straight state, improve the straightness of the steel bars, and ensure the accuracy and stability of the steel bar skeleton. This device uses a high-speed rotating straightening cylinder and straightening die to gradually achieve a straight state of the steel bars during the forward process, while also removing rust on the surface of the steel bars, thereby improving the quality and effectiveness of the steel bars
The working principle of the steel bar straightening machine is based on the motor driving the speed increase through a belt, causing the straightening cylinder to rotate at high speed, and the steel bars passing through the straightening cylinder are straightened. The electric motor drives two conveying pressure rollers through another pair of reduction belts and a gear reducer, pulling the steel bars forward and driving the crank wheel to move the hammer head up and down. When the steel bars are adjusted to the predetermined length, the hammer strikes the tool holder to cut the steel bars. The cut steel bars fall into the receiving rack, and due to the spring action, the tool holder returns to its original position, completing one cycle
